Luggage Storage in Seoul 2026: Lockers vs Luggage Storage Services

Verified August 2026. Luggage storage in Seoul is straightforward when you choose a service that suits your bag, collection time, and whether you need storage, delivery, or airline check-in. Check your bag’s outer dimensions and the relevant collection or handover deadline before paying.

Plan from the point where you will need the bag again. A locker near a morning attraction can be inconvenient if your train, hotel, or airport-bound service leaves from another district. At large stations, allow time to return to the correct concourse, collect the bag, and find the right exit or platform.

Subway lockers for a practical short stop

Seoul’s T-Locker network is the main public smart-locker system. The city lists 5,557 lockers at 336 locations across 273 subway stations. This gives you widespread Luggage Storage between activities, although stations do not all have the same mix of locker sizes.

Published prices cover the first four hours. Weekday rates begin at ₩2,200 for small, ₩3,300 for medium, and ₩4,400 for large lockers. Weekend and public-holiday rates begin at ₩3,100, ₩4,600, and ₩6,100. After four hours, the extra charge is ₩500 per hour for small lockers, ₩800 for medium, and ₩1,000 for large.

Locker sizeInternal dimensions (W × D × H)Weekday price for first 4 hours
Small50 × 30 × 60 cm₩2,200
Medium50 × 45 × 60 cm₩3,300
Large50 × 90 × 60 cm₩4,400

The largest locker is 50 × 90 × 60 cm, so measure a case by its outer dimensions, including wheels, handles, and side feet. Do not rely on its advertised inch size alone: a suitcase that fits one way may not fit through the opening or alongside another item.

Locker access is available daily from 05:00 to 24:00. The app is labelled as Korean-only, and machine instructions vary, so save the receipt or PIN/QR details and note the locker number and nearest exit.

Keep valuables and travel essentials with you. Compensation for damage caused by company error is published at up to ₩100,000, subject to the service terms. Cash and valuables, medicines, flammables, weapons, animals, and plants are among the prohibited categories.

T-Luggage: larger bags, reservations, and airport delivery

T-Luggage is a Seoul Metro-linked storage and delivery service rather than a locker bank. Its XL category explicitly starts at 27 inches, and storage or delivery can be reserved online. Check the selected location’s operating hours and booking details before setting your collection time.

Officially listed points are Seoul Station (B1 near Exit 1), Hongik University Station (B1 near Exits 3–4), Jamsil Station (B1 near Exits 3–4), Suseo Station (B1 near Exits 1 and 5), Myeong-dong Station (B1 near Exits 9–10), Gimpo International Airport Station (B1 near the information center), and Jongno 3-ga Station (B1 near Exit 6). These locations can be convenient if you are staying near a major station; see our guide to where to stay in Seoul. A full suitcase is a poor companion for Bukchon’s older lanes or a crowded Hongdae evening.

Suitcase categoryWeekday, first 4 hoursWeekend/holiday, first 4 hours
Small, up to about 20 in.₩3,000₩4,000
Medium, 20–23 in.₩4,000₩6,000
Large, 23–27 in.₩6,000₩9,000
XL, 27 in. and above₩9,000₩13,000

The published size ranges overlap at 27 inches. Although the table also lists Large as 23–27 inches, T-Luggage describes XL as starting at 27 inches; confirm a 27-inch case as XL in the booking flow before payment.

The additional storage charge is ₩1,000 per hour after the first four hours. Offline service is listed year-round from 09:00 to 22:00. T-Luggage also lists within-Seoul and station-to-Incheon Airport delivery. Confirm the route, terminal, pickup point, cut-off time, maximum dimensions, and eligibility during booking before paying.

Keep the booking confirmation available until the bag has been collected or handed over.

Private storage near Seoul Station, Anguk, and Hongdae

Private providers add options for late access, multilingual kiosks, or attraction-adjacent locations. Terms, bag limits, and liability policies are provider-specific, so check the exact branch before booking. Confirm whether the quoted rate applies to a locker, a bag, or an hourly period.

Near Seoul Station, Visit Seoul lists LuggageQ, an unmanned facility about 304 metres from Exit 15. It is listed as open 24 hours, with Korean, English, Chinese, and Japanese support; card, cash, and app payments; and a rate of ₩1,000 per hour. It is separate from T-Luggage at Seoul Station. Its listing says that large lockers can hold up to six 20-inch suitcases, but availability and fit still depend on the locker assigned.

For Anguk, Bukchon, Insadong, and Ikseon-dong, Luggage Lounge Anguk Locker is listed around a three-minute walk from Anguk Station Exit 4. It has S through XL lockers, multilingual information, a card-only kiosk, optional online booking, and listed hours of 05:00–24:00. In Hongdae, Yellow Luggage Storage is listed near Hongik University Station Exit 9, with listed hours of 07:00–23:00. For area planning, see our guide to where to stay in Seoul.

Luggage storage at Incheon Airport: storage, delivery, and check-in

Airport counter storage holds luggage at the airport. Incheon lists Hanjin Express storage and delivery counters, with hours varying by counter. Terminal 1 locations have daytime hours; the Terminal 2 counter on the third-floor east side near the H check-in counter is listed as open 24 hours, while the Terminal 2 basement counter has daytime hours.

T-Luggage delivery requires you to confirm the route, terminal, cut-off time, maximum dimensions, and eligibility during booking. Easy Drop is different: it is off-airport airline baggage check-in for eligible passengers, not ordinary storage. It costs ₩35,000 per bag and is limited to qualifying same-day international passengers on participating airlines and permitted routes, within its check-in and departure limits.

Before you leave your bag

  1. Keep your passport, cash, bank cards, medication, laptops, cameras, keys, and irreplaceable documents with you.
  2. Save the booking confirmation, receipt, or locker access details where you can reach them without relying on station Wi-Fi.
  3. Do not confuse airport delivery with airline check-in. Of these options, Easy Drop is the one that checks eligible baggage through to its final destination.

Choose the handover point that best matches your onward route and the time you need the bag back.
